XMAS ORDER DEADLINES

We understand that people are often shopping for Christmas gifts in December and we want to make sure that all orders arrive in time for Santa so please see below our recommended latest order dates:

UK - Friday 20th December
EUROPE - Thursday 19th December
INTERNATIONAL - Monday 16th December

Please note, all of these dates are guidelines and of course we cannot guarantee any delivery but we'll try our best to make sure it arrives before the 25th.

SHIPPING HOLIDAY

Over the festive period, we will be taking a well-deserved break along with our delivery partners. We do not work at weekends but please see the the weekdays which we will be closed below:

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

We recognise the challenges of gift shopping, so we're extending our return window for Christmas orders. If you place an order between December 4th and December 25th, you'll have until January 15th 2025, to return any unwanted items. The remainder of our RETURNS POLICY remains in effect.
